Happening from 22nd-23rd September 2023, the event will comprise a lavish multi-course meal (RM650/pax) at the Ember Beach Club at One&Only Desaru Coast. Ember Beach Club's Bianca Palmer and Tippling Club's chef-owner Ryan Clift have teamed up to create a slew of exclusive dishes for guests to enjoy.
Mains include Foie Gras Mont Blanc with Apricot and Green Yuzu, Smoked Trout with Jerusalem Artichoke and Horseradish, and Wagyu Beef with Bone Marrow Verde and Smoked Oyster.
As for dessert, you can look forward to a double-decker with almond ice cream, oabika, and candied nuts that’ll satisfy any sweet tooth.
Tippling Club's Head Bartender Arathorn Grey will be taking over Dusky Monkey on 22nd September, where he’ll craft iconic drinks such as the Bitter Sweet Symphony (RM80), It’s Only A Paper Moon (RM80), and Savoy Truffle (RM88).
Then on 23rd September, Ember Beach Club will be serving his top picks including Good Old Fashioned Lover Boy (RM80), Learnin The Blues (RM80), and Dear Jessie (RM80).
