Emojipedia took to Twitter on June 13th to announce the upcoming arrival of its latest update-- Emoji 15.0.
This announcement, which came just days before World Emoji Day on July 17, featured a timeline of how this update will be panned out, citing its estimated release date to be sometime this September.
Twitter users, who have long expressed their desire, nay, need for a pastel pink heart emoji were rejoicing the new trio of heart emoji options in pastel pink, blue, and grey hues. Now all you ~*coquette*~ and ~*fairycore*~ girlies will be able to express your true selves through emojis.
Other highlights of the update include a "shaking face" for when you're absolutely shookedt (if that's still a thing), a number of critters, objects, and a pair of "pushing hand" emojis facing opposite directions, best for when you & your bestie want to hi-five each other over text.
